Everything began with the user. We simplified the site’s architecture and redesigned the navigation to make every interaction as intuitive as possible. Whether members wanted to register for an event, access resources, or explore upcoming opportunities, the experience was designed to feel effortless—removing friction and helping visitors find what they needed quickly.
Working closely with AMA South Florida, we also refreshed the visual identity of the website to better reflect the energy, professionalism, and creativity of its marketing community. The result is a clean, contemporary interface that feels unmistakably aligned with the AMA brand, combining bold visuals with a fully responsive design that performs seamlessly across every device.
Engagement was another key priority. Rather than creating a website that simply communicated information, we designed a platform that encouraged members to return regularly. An integrated event calendar, blog, and streamlined membership journey transformed the website into an active hub for the Chapter’s programs, resources, and community.
Finally, we ensured the platform would remain as dynamic as the organization itself. By implementing a flexible content management system (CMS), the AMA South Florida team can easily update events, publish news, and manage content independently—without relying on developers. The result is a website that is not only easier for members to use, but also easier for the Chapter to grow and evolve over time.
