MANS, WHO´S ON NEXT
Art Direction, Editorial & Copywriting

For MANS Concept Menswear’s participation in Who’s On Next — the prestigious fashion competition — we developed a press and presentation piece designed to translate the emotional and material universe of the brand into a physical object.

Rather than approaching the submission as a conventional portfolio, the project was conceived as an extension of the designer’s own practice: tactile, intimate, and deeply connected to the rituals of tailoring.

The central piece was an oversized box constructed in sheep leather, conceived almost as an artifact rather than packaging. Inside, the kit contained a custom-designed editorial book alongside the designer’s own Parisian tailoring shears — a personal object transformed into a symbolic gesture of authorship, craft, and precision.

The publication brought together MANS’ three latest collections, each designed with a completely distinct editorial language.

Typography, layout systems, pacing, and visual rhythm shifted from one chapter to another, allowing every collection to maintain its own emotional atmosphere and conceptual identity while still belonging to a coherent whole

Instead of creating a neutral presentation, the project embraced contrast, sensitivity, and materiality.

The result moved between fashion portfolio, archival object, and personal manifesto: a tactile narrative about masculinity, tailoring, and contemporary Spanish fashion.

The project reflected the same tension that defines MANS itself — classic craftsmanship reinterpreted through a softer, more emotional, and deeply contemporary lens.

“Rather than presenting the collections individually, the project treated them as chapters within a larger emotional and editorial universe.”

“The oversized sheep leather box transformed the submission into something closer to an artifact than a portfolio.”
